PublicSquare Advertising Contract

PSQ Holdings Inc. (“PublicSquare”) and Advertiser are joining into a contractual agreement for the mutually agreed-upon duration, agreed-upon price, and the agreed-upon advertising services, beginning on the agreed-upon date on which the advertising services will begin.

This agreement is set in motion by both a) the receipt of payment information from Advertiser and b) the first date of services provided by PublicSquare.

Payment will be taken automatically via debit/credit card each month on or after the first of the month as the initial payment for the duration of the agreement.

Advertiser agrees to PublicSquare’s use of their voluntarily provided company information for PublicSquare’s marketing and promotional purposes for the duration of this agreement. PublicSquare reserves the right to source ad content from Advertiser’s business listing or website in the instance that ad content from Advertiser is not received by the agreed upon content submission date and/or if Advertiser submits ad copy that does not meet the standard and quality needed for promotion. In addition, PublicSquare holds the right to source images and content from the business’s listing or website.

PublicSquare has the right to terminate this agreement at any time for any reason, with the knowledge that the Advertiser will owe no further payments in the event of PublicSquare’s initiated termination of said agreement.

Advertiser does not have the right to cancel this agreement, downgrade their services, delete their payment information without replacement, or refuse payment for the duration of this agreement. Advertiser is responsible for all payments regardless of the performance of said advertisement(s). Advertiser understands that any premature cancellation of this agreement initiated by Advertiser does not excuse Advertiser from outstanding payments. All in App promotion will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis at the end of the contract, unless Advertiser gives written communication of cancellation on or before the final day of the contract. Advertiser has 3 business days from the end of the month, to notify the account management team if they wish to cancel in order to receive a refund. PublicSquare also has the right to cancel the agreement post auto-renewal if Advertiser does not respond to communications in a timely manner. Promotion that requires custom content (email blasts and promotion outside of publicsquare.com) will not automatically continue and will require notification to the account management team.

Please note, failed payments from Advertiser during a previous advertising contract are required to pay the full amount of their new advertising services upfront.

Advertiser has full ownership rights to their company materials and promotional  information. In no way does PublicSquare own the rights to the materials or information provided by Advertiser.
